You Can Do It!

Last month I built a little money maker (website) that wasn’t too hard to do.

I built it around the “desperate buyer” markets (one segment).

Here is what I mean about desperate buyers. They want a solution to their problems NOW! And they are willing to pay NOW for the solution.

Here are the markets I think are hot enough to make it possible to get a small slice of… fairly easily… and start making some money. We can ramp it up from there and we ususally do by virtue of the increasing level of Google organic search engine page results.

The markets of desperate buyers are… mental health, acne, weight loss, flabby stomachs, get your ex back and Man Boobs!  Yes…man boobs..go ahead laugh!  I don’t have a horse in the race.

The site I’m talking about right now (the one I built last month) doesn’t have any Google help yet. I expect it pretty soon.

When I started THIS blog  (Making an Internet Marketer) I went nearly 90 days before Google kicked in and started serving me up in the results. It’s still not much, but this blog is only seven months old (and 120 posts - all original) but it’s starting to get some good traffic.

So let me tell you what I did!

I put up a Wordpress© Blog in a “desperate buyer” market. I spent 5 days making content for it and putting in plenty of “money links”.  (my affiliate links)

I took some of the content and made it over into articles. I submitted those to Ezinearticles.com.

Traffic started, but it was so low! 10-12 a day.

Then I started submitting my blog posts to digg, reddit, and stumbleupon.

Reddit sent me 55 visitor in ONE day!  (For a guru type that’s NOTHING!)

But, the journey of a thousand mile begins with ONE STEP!

I also pinged my blog posts at Pingoat AND I used Onlywire to submit my posts to the “regular” places. Places like Technorati and Twitter and  Propeller…along with about 12 more hotspots. Onlywire automates this.

Yes, whenever I make a post…Onlywire submits my posts to appx 16 of the “hot Spots”.

I didn’t buy any PPC. I could have. But I wanted to see if if could make this pay using FREE traffic methods.

I went to Google Webmaster and verified the site.

I got the Wordpress plugin that makes sitemaps and dragged THAT over to Google.

And, of course, I submitted my URL to Google directly!

Then I went and did the same thing with yahoo and msn.

This is all for one little website powered by Wordpress, on Hostgator, that had NO TRAFFIC except what could be generated by Article Marketing (highly targeted) and Web 2.0 Social Site submissions.

Only one product ( at clickbank) for sale!

Out of 180 people to the site and what I call 20 “money clicks” (they click your affiliate link) I had two sales for about $100 in commissions.

BUT ( and this is a BIG BUT!) I had those articles out there driving targeted traffic to my little Wordpress© blog and a couple of those articles sent people straight past my blog to the sales page and a commission!

Also.. the hardest work is done and I just had my worst month ever…at THIS site.

Yes, I only made two hundred dollars. At THIS site…in the FIRST Month.

The second month will be better and, by the end of the year, I expect to have $3000/mo. off this ONE SITE!  Don’t believe me? Come back in a year! I’ll be here…reporting.

But this is how it is done.  You start…you go forward.

I’ll be starting another site, in the same manner, only easier now that I’ve done it, and there we’ll go!

Listen to this…you START the business and you grow it. You DON”T start the business and it’s all grown up already.

If you don’t have money rolling in from several places on the net you are just starting!

My recommendation…GET STARTED!

I have something to sell you here…BUT…if you just take the FREE version and start your wheels a turnin’ you’ll get done that which you want.

I know what it is. This is what it takes.

You want an internet business that puts money into your accounts without you having to be there. If you DON”T - skip this!

Well, you can have just that. All it takes is work and knowing what to do, and the knowing what to do can be learned.

But, let’s don’t skip something. You gotta want it!  Otherwise there’s no way you’ll be willing to work for several months to get out of the gate.

By the way, that’s what pre - meds in college are doing…PAYING to learn so they can get out and BE a doctor and make some money.  Question is…

Do you want it?  That much?  If so, great! I’ve seen a LOT in my short career in Internet Marketing. Some folks get rich, some make good money, some just ok.

But, almost without exception I have seen that everybody in this business, keeps growing their earnings.

It’s an Internet Phenom.  You can just keep scaling it up!  The VAST quantity of shoppers - DAILY - on the internet give the opportunity to sell and to increase that selling!

This could help you quite a bit!

You see, a person has to look beyond the fact that they don’t have a website yet, or they don’t know how to create targeted traffic to their offers, or the fact that they haven’t made a nickle yet. They have to see beyond.

They have to see past those mundane hassles of learning the skills necessary just to put the infrastructure in place to HAVE an offer to DRIVE traffic to, in order to get commiscions from your affiliate sales efforts.

They have to see the goal and the reason for it.

The goal is to make money online. That’s ALMOST easy to see.

But they have to see BEYOND that!  They have to sense the market and it’s size.

You do now. The Internet Shopping Market is growing and fast!

Plenty of room for you. And, if you want it, and you see it, you can have it.

If you are willing to do the right work, the right way. And THAT”S what stops so many people.
